TIJCEF collects only information needed to respond to enquiries, manage participation, review Grant Hub submissions, process verified donations and improve our programmes.

What we collect

Information may include your name, contact details, organisation, form responses, payment references and technical information necessary for security. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by this website. Do not submit sensitive personal data about children or vulnerable people through public forms.

How we use information

We use information for the purpose stated when it is collected, safeguarding, verification, programme administration, donor acknowledgement, security and legal compliance. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and external links

WordPress, Paystack, advertising services when enabled, and hosting providers may process limited technical or transaction information needed to deliver their services. External websites operate under their own privacy terms.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for their purpose, safeguarding, accountability and applicable obligations. Access is limited according to organisational responsibilities.
